This is a 6-part class series coming out of the ancient yogic tradition using personal and interactive exercises to identify your unique version of happiness, identify steps to achieve your wishes, and ultimately gain joy and satisfaction. For best results, attend all 6 monthly sessions or feel free to drop in.
